At only 14 inches wide with 0-inch side clearance, the ECO ST maximizes valuable counter space while providing installation flexibility. Its compact design includes a single impingement blower and stirrer technology for even cooking results. Available in black or stainless steel, ECO ST can also be equipped with the optional El Bandido panini press to expand menu offerings. Ventless operation, one-touch controls, and cloud-based menu management make it ideal for growing foodservice programs.
