Wells G-236 Electric Built-In/Drop-In Griddle is ideal for any commercial kitchen based on their versatile, easy-to-use design. It features removable splash guards for easy clean, positive-off thermostats that allow for individual zone temperature control. Enclosed tubular elements are clamped onto the bottom of the griddle plate for even heat distribution over the entire surface. 4-Quart capacity, removable front grease drawer, protective guard rings to protect the controls, and features Wellsloks for quick and easy installation. 34"W x 24"D cooking surface, 208V

- Enclosed tubular elements are clamped onto the 1/2" thich griddle plate to provide even heat distribution over the entire surface
