Wells MDW100 Top-Mount Dry Well is designed to efficiently hold heated foods at safe serving temperatures with no need for water or drains! Utilizes tubular heating elements and stainless-steel fan, meaning no need for water or drains. Is designed to hold 1 standard full-size steam table pan up to 6” deep, or equivalent fractional pans per well. Wells MDW dry well is constructed with a corrosion-resistant type 430 stainless steel body. The unit include factory-attached infinite controls for each individual well and includes WellsLok System standard. Unit come setup to hard wire with built-in high limit switch preventing overheating. The unit is insulated on front, back, sides, and bottom. Single Well, 208/240V.
